Island Joe's Products was established in 2005 by Hotpie Incorporated. Hotpie has been manufacturing Jamaican Style Patties for 24 years. Since 1986, President and founder, Dennis Chung, has steadily built the family business by serving the South Florida convenience store market, schools and food service restaurants. Then, sales expanded to other cities in Florida, Atlanta, North Carolina and the Bahamas. Dennis along with his wife, Olivia, and his two sons, Mark and Paul, have continued their mission together to provide exceptional quality and an absolute authentic island flavor in their products. Island Joe's was created to serve retail supermarkets, club stores and food distributors. Island Joe's offers Jamaican Style Patties in four varieties:
